2016 RSM ClassicSea Island, Georgia – The PGA Tour returns to Davis Love III‘s home turf this week for the playing of the 2016 RSM Classic.

Olesen Dominates in Turkey

The talk leading up to the 2016 Turkish Airlines Open was centered on the players who decided not to attend the event due to security concerns. But through three rounds it looked like it wouldn’t have mattered who showed up.

Denmark’s Thorbjron Olesen led by seven shots through 54 holes after rounds of 65,62 and 68 and completed the rout with a final round 69 on Sunday.

And even though the Dane had a few nervous moments on Sunday, courtesy of England’s David Horsey and China’s Li Haotong, the result never looked in doubt since Friday morning.

Napa, California – The 2016 Safeway Open had the potential to be one of the most watched events on the tour this season.  Now it’s just the opening event of the 2016-2017 PGA Tour Schedule.

All the excitement of course was generated by the expected appearance of Tiger Woods, but that all died early this week when Woods confirmed he wasn’t going to be in the field.
